Delivery charges

All purchases are sent via Royal Mail by a recorded 1st class service. Delivery price is a standard £6.00 per order to UK addresses (goods will be received within 5 working days of placing your order).

We will always post your purchases out as promptly as possible. All parcels will require a signature on receipt.

Returns policy

Unsuitable goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt unworn and with the original labelling attached. We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund (excluding postage).

Enclosed with your parcel will be a returns form which you will need to complete, noting whether you would like an exchange or refund and your reason for return.

We strongly recommend that you send goods back via Royal Mail using a recorded service.

Please note that goods are returned to Chatterton’s Ltd at your own expense. Upon receipt of the goods we will process your refund/exchange (according to stock availability) within 7 days. We will email you confirming the return has been processed.

Legal Statement on returns

Returning any item within 2 weeks will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three months post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Chatterton’s Ltd will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Chatterton’s Ltd on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offers that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Chatterton’s Ltd incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
